What warranty does your company offer?

At TBC, we offer an extensive 5 Month / 5,000 Mile Limited Powertrain Warranty and a 12 Month / 12,000 mile Conversion Warranty included free with most bus purchases. Unlike many companies, our warranty plan is clear and concise without the fine print when you make a claim.

What does your RE-Manufacturing process include?

We are aware of 2 other bus companies that claim to RE-Manufacturer shuttle and tour buses here in the United States.  Of the three companies, only The Bus Company actually re-manufactures these buses.  The other just run them through their shop so they can look good enough to sell.   As you examine the many photos of our RE-Manufacturing processes, it is clear that no one else even comes close to the extensive detail of RE-Manufacturing that The Bus Company does.  For this reason our buses are advertised as RE-Manufactured. A RE-Manufactured product has been completely disassembled and rebuilt using the best of new and used parts available guaranteeing it to perform like new. The same with our buses; every bus is completely disassembled and rebuilt using only the best new products on the market along with our used chassis. As you will find here in our website, each bus goes through four extensive phases in its RE-Manufacturer.  The last phase is it must pass is our 130 checklist to certify that it actually is a RE-Manufactured bus.  When we complete when RE-Manufacturing the interior, exterior, and mechanical components of our shuttle buses perform like new and provides the fresh new image you desire. Additionally, we provide before and after pictures throughout the RE-Manufacturing process so you can see the quality of work being completed.

What kind of customization can you perform?

At TBC, we take pride in our ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers. We make every effort to accommodate and implement the specific customizations each customer request. Some customizations may range from fold down monitors and DVD players, new seats built to specific colors and coverings, luggage options, built in restroom facilities, and much more. We can also customize paint colors and add graphics coordinating with your organization’s logo.

What happens if I am not fully satisfied with my bus?

At TBC, we strive to make Better Buses at Better Prices. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase at time of delivery, we will refund your full deposit without penalty.
